FAMILY of FOUR

One of my really good friends-who literally feeds my business with her steady stream of referrals-gifted her brother with a photo session. (Did I mention how super sweet she is?) Here are some from their session:

Sisters: My favorite spot!

It just so happens that one of my favorite families to photograph also resides at one of my favorite spots to photograph (or rather her front yard and back yard). I love watching these girls grow and mature and even though this is the third year that I've photographed these sisters in the same location, the pictures look different every year.

Siblings: The non-Chandler smile

Mom warned me that her son often flashes the "Chandler" smile (from the "Friends" episode when Monica and Chandler have their engagement photos taken), so I was thrilled to capture a handsome, non-Chandler grin from this guy. And his sister was just one of the easiest girls to photograph! :)

Twins: Santa's Little Helpers

So well behaved

I guess when you have three kids, you really have to train the older ones to be self sufficient. I came to photograph this family of five, with a focus on the littlest one. Baby was an angel and I was impressed by how well the older two entertained themselves while mom, dad and I entertained baby. Big brother and sister were practically on-call models as they did come in for a couple of shots while baby was being changed.

Little Miss Personality and Mr Nice

I love when my sessions feel like playdates! These two were full of fun ideas (we pretended to make lemonade and fought off bad guys.) Sister was FULL of personality--I got all kinds of great expressions from her--I see a future in drama. And brother was just the kindest, most gentle boy, with the dreamy eyelashes to go along with it.

Fun Family of Four

I had the pleasure of photographing this extremely photogenic family. I can't believe how easy they were-especially mom and daughter. Here are a few of my favorites. And special thanks to my friends Bonnie and Sindy for their help.

Blues all around!

I had the pleasure of photographing these siblings with the most beautiful blue eyes. The girls are twins and their brother is just 2 years older. Mom has done a wonderful job raising such well-behaved children. We all had lots of fun running around and looking for trees to climb.

Round two with Little Miss K. There are too many adorable ones to share but I thought this one really showed her fun-loving personality.
