Urban baby

Loved the light in the loft and all the bling that this adorable baby was sporting. She had all kinds of fun accessories which made for lots of interesting poses and shots. And mom and dad were so patient, letting me put baby in baskets, dressers and interesting blankets.

And baby makes 5!

Only the bravest, most capable moms can handle 5 kids (including a newborn) with as much ease as this mom of now 5. I had the pleasure of photographing this princess at 2 weeks new. She is the most precious little girl and so blessed to have brothers and sisters who only want to dote on her.

So pretty and feminine

Baby is surrounded by all things "shabby chic" and she certainly fits the part. She gave me all kinds of feminine poses and expressions. She looks like a perfect China doll with her pretty little smile.

Sleeper and eater

What more can you ask for in a newborn? Except when he's scheduled for a photo session. :) Poor little guy just wanted to sleep and when we woke him up, he ate like a champ. But he did not disappoint--as soon as mom and dad pulled out the Harley shirt, this newborn was WIDE awake. The shirt also served as incentive for dad to join the photo shoot (like father, like son).

She was a doll!

Baby girl finally here from this mommy. And baby was such a doll-she let me put her in all kinds of fun places, including the cold, ceramic bowl on the narrow credenza. Thankfully, mom and dad are super easygoing and let me have my fun. And I can't believe baby stayed awake through the whole session--she must have known that she needed to look her best today.
